Personal Message:
Running has always been a personal journey for me—a space where I can push my limits, clear my mind, and find a sense of purpose. But this time, I’m running for something bigger than myself. I’m running for the children who need a voice, for the ones who feel unheard, unseen, and unprotected. I’m running for Childline KZN. Growing up, I was fortunate to have a support system, but I know that many children do not have that same privilege. Too many young lives are affected by abuse, neglect, and circumstances that no child should have to endure. Childline KZN stands as a beacon of hope, offering a lifeline to children who need help, guidance, and a safe space to turn to in times of crisis. As a parent myself, I know how important it is for children to feel safe, valued, and protected. Every child deserves the chance to grow up in a world where they are loved, nurtured, and given opportunities to thrive. By running for Childline KZN, I hope to raise awareness and funds to support their incredible work—ensuring that more children receive the care, counseling, and protection they need. Every step I take in this journey is dedicated to the children who are still waiting for someone to hear their cries. I believe in the power of community, and I know that together, we can make a difference. Whether you support by spreading awareness, donating, or simply cheering from the sidelines, your contribution can help change lives. This run is not just about distance; it’s about impact. It’s about ensuring that no child feels alone. It’s about standing up and taking action. Join me in making a difference—one step at a time
