Community Chest Durban & Pietermaritzburg

Personal Message:

Hi everyone, I'm running the 2025 Comrades Marathon to raise funds for the Pietermaritzburg/Durban Community Chest. Support me in raising funds for the Chest which boosts Early Childhood Development initiatives. I have lived in Pietermaritzburg for eighteen years, and I have noticed a significant socio-economic divide. While the state leads efforts to address this issue, individuals and organizations also need to contribute. The Pietermaritzburg Community Chest is making great strides in supporting equality by funding and assisting ECD organizations. Early Childhood Development (ECD) significantly improves the lives of children who participate in its programmes. As education is a well-established means of reducing poverty, I am supporting the Pietermaritzburg/Durban Community Chest, an organization that provides assistance to various entities involved in ECD.
