Personal Message:

Cancer has touched my life in a very personal way. I lost my grandmother and, more recently, a close friend, and I know too many people, especially children, who continue to fight this unfair battle. I am running to honor them, and to help those still facing this struggle. By raising money for CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa, I hope to support the vital care, comfort, and resources that children and their families need. This race is my way of turning sorrow into action, and of helping bring hope and relief to others fighting childhood cancer. Every step I take is a step closer to a brighter future for these kids.
