Personal Message:

Growing up in Elandskop, just outside of Pietermaritzburg holds many special memories where we were surrounded by beautiful landscapes and family. While these memories and experiences have shaped who I am today, it saddens me to think of some of the painful moments I couldn’t share with anyone as it was a taboo. I feel very fortunate to be able to dedicate my running efforts to a charity that is helping to address the scourge of abuse against children, Childline KZN. The statistics of violent crimes against our vulnerable children are alarming and I would like to be a voice for those who can’t speak for themselves. By donating to my Comrades 2025 campaign, you will be helping Childline KZN be and give an amplified voice to fight for the protection of these children as well as assist them provide the much needed care to help then rebuild their lives and society.
