The journey is so much more than just putting one foot in front of the other. It’s a tribute to your and my mom’s memory, a celebration of life and continuation of her legacy. Every step you take carries the weight of your love for her and determination to honour her spirit. Your mom’s courage in facing cancer head-on has inspired countless people and now you’re carrying that torch forward. You’re not just walking for the research, but you’re walking for every child who deserves a chance to grow up, laugh, love and live life to the fullest. Throughout your walk, remember to take care of yourself too. Allow moments of rest when you need them, but don’t let fatigue discourage you.
