Personal Message:
I was not an athletic person up until March 2024 when I ran the Parkrun for the 1st time at 64 years old. I realized I might have potential in running. My best PB in the 5k Parkrun was 27mins. I completed my 1st Marathon, the Soweto 42 k in 4hrs46min. I would like to challenge myself and use this opportunity to raise funds for charity.
