As I prepare to run my VERY FIRST Comrades Marathon. I'm filled with excitement and anticipation as well as super scared of the long run that is to come, however, filled with a sense of responsibility. I have decided to run in support of The South African Parks Honorary Rangers. These dedicated volunteers play a vital role in protecting our national parks, wildlife, and fighting poaching. They work tirelessly to preserve the natural beauty and biodiversity that makes South Africa so unique, beautiful and home. By donating to this cause, you’ll be helping fund critical conservation efforts, provide resources for rangers in the field, and ensure the protection of our parks for future generations. Every step I take during the marathon will be in honor of these rangers and the incredible work they do.
