Personal Message:
In 2025 I will be running my very first ComRades Ultra Marathon and I have chosen to run for the Childhood Cancer Foundation SA (CHOC-SA) because they advocate for the health and well-being of children and teenagers diagnosed with cancer or life-threatening blood disorders and provide support to their families. I am very fascinated by my own childhood and teenage years memories and I support initiatives that seek to give opportunities to children to have unforgettable memories, which is what the CHOC-SA advocates for. One of my unforgettable teenage years memories is about learning to pay Tithe since the age of fifteen (15), a practice that has instilled in me a powerful passion for giving and sense of financial accountability to God. This has motivated me to start a non-profit company called Longa Khwanḓa NPC (2024/780282/08) which aims to raise university registration fees for students from poor backgrounds, empowering them to pursue higher education. Longa Khwanḓa NPC's mission aligns with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1 (No Poverty) and 4 (Quality Education), to eradicate poverty through education. Kindly please join me to raise funds for a sustainable CHOC-SA that can continue to improve the well-being of these children and teenagers to provide hope that these future leaders can overcome their health-related challenges and grow up to reach higher education and live beyond their university life!
