Hello, I'm Micole, and I am excited to be running the Comrades Marathon for the SANParks Honorary Rangers charity. My journey with conservation began in my childhood, growing up with a deep love for game reserves and wildlife. This passion only grew stronger during my university years, where I actively participated in biodiversity surveys and conservation projects. Now, as a mother of two boys, I am even more committed to protecting our natural heritage. My sons share my love for wildlife and are passionate about eliminating poaching activities. I believe in raising awareness and contributing to the preservation of our precious ecosystems. Running the Comrades Marathon is not just a personal challenge but a mission to support SANParks Honorary Rangers in their vital work.
