Personal Message:

Cancer is something that is close to my heart, 7 years ago I resumed running after 24 years 37 kilograms heavier than what I was when I stopped running, Now at 50 I am almost back to where I left off running has become my passion I have completed 2 x 70.3 ironman, a full Ironman, ran 6 marathons and now completed 3 ultra marathons, having made a some amazing South African friends and training partners the told me this is the run of a life time, a spiritual journey, Comrades marathon is the ultimate human race 90kms on the road and it must be done inside of 12 hrs,as I have qualified and will have the honour of running in this amazing event I want to give back somthing I have decided to raise money for the kids with cancer charity, could I please ask my friends and family to donate any little amount to help support these kids in need,
