I am running the Comrades Marathon to raise funds for Rise Against Hunger. For me, this is more than just raising funds; it is a powerful declaration for a fundamental human right. It is a fight for the dignity of the most vulnerable, addressing not only the lack of food but also the lack of opportunity, personal safety, respect, and equality. This initiative champions social justice and aligns with #SDG 2—Zero Hunger, striving to create a world where everyone has the chance to thrive.
