Personal Message:

Hi guys As some of you know, I will be taking on my first Comrades Marathon on 28 August. I am so grateful for my health and to be able to take on this mighty challenge. My heart breaks when I see how many people are affected by various illnesses specifically cancer. I would therefore like to run this marathon to raise funds for the CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation in support of all those touched by this life threatening illness. This cause is very close to my heart as I have many friends and family members (the closest being my 14 year old niece) who have suffered through and conquered this dreadful illness, others who are still fighting it, and others who have not been so lucky. I would really appreciate your support and generosity in helping me raise funds for this amazing organisation. Together we can make a difference.
