This is my 3rd Comrades Marathon & I have run for charity each year. This year I have chosen to run for Hospice as it is close to my heart. The incredible work that they do, peace, and assistance that they bring is admirable, and we need to support their efforts in bringing dignity and comfort to those that need it. Please support me in my efforts as we embark on the ultimate race & help those that are supporting those that are journeying on theirs.
