Personal Message:

I have always considered myself an ardent advocate of innovative education because I believe without a balanced diversity and inclusion within the sector, formal or informal non-enduring projects will always sadly die without even reaching PMF. Fortunate enough and regardless of geographical position, we accept that not everyone can become a developer, as we have recently witnessed the amount of confusion and pressure people get caught up in. A rigorous focus and need for an end-to-end complementary skillset approach with the potential to execute, launch and scale a project are paramount and young people need to have such options for collaboration or hybrid as they grow. Something I spend a lot of time thinking about or collaborating with teams to work on such projects to increase the pool and mitigate the continents' skillset deficit. All can easily happen today, though might take a lot to inspire, motivate and acquire any type of operator or enthusiast. I work with GEEKULCHA on many projects that exposed me to the issues that keep dragging us back, even though some support is available(funds) not post or pre-support, another problem that needs serious attention. I'm forever looking forward to learning how we as a continent can improve the talent quality, and build for many real unique problems that affect real people and respective communities with real solutions we believe have the potential to deliver the value prop. Have many exist. And most importantly looking to freely contribute my time to assist where possible. With the thesis fundraising opportunity, regardless of my field on-ground experience, I'm a lifelong learner and believe the initiative can benefit me tremendously to become a better operator, advocate, motivate others to follow suit, help more youth get exposed to what's relevant today, and for them to become future leaders with a clarity of thoughts or inspired local communities to least have a starting point to commit, dedicate and deliver results. Plus I have built started two projects; retail and education where guidance and product journey support is important to us. Thanks
