Personal Message:

2018 was the year that I ran for CHOC little did I know that 2 months later my own child would be diagnosed with CERVICAL CANCER. In June 2021 my daughter was diagnosed with a recurrence. I dedicate my COMRADES run to all those women suffering from this agonizing, uncomfortable and awful disease. This one is for you MELISSA DOS SANTOS. You WILL BEAT THIS and use what you experienced to educate others about your condition. As at 17/05/2022 this message is now edited and in your memory. RIP Melissa 1990-09-14 to 2022-04-24
