Personal Message:

I love living life and after taking health and life for granted, Covid arrived and proved to us that life can change in a heartbeat. As I embark on my 8th Comrades journey, I feel the need to participate for more than just myself. I’m a mother of two little girls and can associate with the CHOC foundation and their strive to support the children and families affected by childhood cancer. After 2 long years, life is returning to normal, but for some it will not. By raising funds for CHOC, I would like to make a small difference in the lives of those who are affected by cancer and who might never have the privilege of living a normal life. Your contribution towards this worthy cause secures anything from a nutritious meal, treatment, accommodation and financial bereavement support to patients and affected families.
