Personal Message:

I have gone from couch potato to semi-runner in the last year and a bit. The Comrades Marathon is possibly the biggest physical challenge I will ever undertake. I have never gone hungry a day in my life. For some this is a daily struggle. I cannot think of a better cause to run for.
