Hunger is a huge challenge in South Africa and around the world. | In 2021, I set a challenge for myself to run 121km for Comrades Marathon Centenary Hope Challenge and to raise funds for RAH - together with my awesome support crew I managed 110km - this only being due to the COVID curfew. | "The greatest challenge is not the physical task but our perception of how difficult it will be. Our capabilities far exceed our perceptions but only our mind can change "improbable into possible" The size of the mountain never changes: it is our confidence in overcoming it that redefines the size of the challenge!!
